3、 It is advisable to maintain the impeller every six months. During the installation process, it is important to pay attention to the position relationship between the guide components and the impeller.
4、 In order to achieve good measurement results, liquid measurement will be equipped with filters, which need to be kept clean whether working or not.
5、 There are also some tips for installing sensors. Usually, the key transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried underground (iron pipes should be covered when buried). Especially when powered on, the impeller can be manually rotated to determine the rotation of the turbine flowmeter. When the display is normal, installing the sensor in this way will be better. From the principle of probe manufacturing, we can see that its core is the probe, and its performance can determine the service life, measurement accuracy, repeatability, and low flow rate characteristics of the flowmeter. The probe is composed of a stainless steel sheath and platinum resistance wire. The sheath of stainless steel is conductive, and platinum heating wire is also conductive, which requires the filler between them to have good thermal conductivity, but not conductivity. This leads to the core content of all thermal flow meters - the filling material and packaging process of the heating probe.
